Change or Cancel Subscription
Can I cancel a gift?
  You can cancel or change your  gift subscription by sending us an email at info@mistobox.com. Just give us your name and the change or cancelation that you are requesting, and we'll make the change for you immediately. Unfortunately we do not offer returns for cancelled gifts.
Can I cancel an order?
  Of course, as long as the item has not yet shipped. Just send us an email at orders@mistobox.com and we will cancel immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
  You can cancel or change your subscription by sending us an email at info@mistobox.com. Just give us your name and the change or cancelation that you are requesting, and we'll make the change for you immediately. You will still receive any MistoBoxes that you have already purchased.
How do I change my subscription?
  Do you currently have a monthly subscription but want a 6 or 12-month subscription? You can cancel or change your subscription by sending us an email at info@mistobox.com. Just give us your name and the change or cancelation that you are requesting, and we'll make the change for you immediately. You will still receive any MistoBoxes that you have already purchased.
