This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Parisi Artisan Coffee will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
The Brazil Cocarive was carefully roasted for you by Parisi Artisan Coffee. This naturally processed coffee was grown by the Cocarive Cooperative in the Mantiqueira de Minas, Minas Gerais region of Brazil between 1,100 - 1,400 meters above sea level. The cup is full bodied and comforting with notes of deep chocolate, roasted hazelnuts and a pleasant lingering finish. This tastes delicious brewed hot but it also makes an excellent iced and cold brew coffee.
This was stellar! It was very balanced and had complex flavor. We definitely are interested in more coffees like this
Not as chocolatey or sweet as described, but good overall. Could use more character
Delicious and so smooth!
A bit over-flavored with chocolate and hazelnut.
Update: this grew on us, it's pretty dang good
Flat, limited depth. Over roasted.
Very smooth, no bitterness, but not very aromatic.
Earthy, but a little darker than I prefer with a somewhat bland finish to my taste.
Great in the French press
Loved it. Sister and niece had great things to say about it
I enjoyed this coffee, but it was a bit dark for my taste. Next round, I'd like something more medium bodied.
Another great Brazilian coffee. Well balanced and very consistent.
I've had just about every bean from this roaster and enjoyed them, however, this one falls flat. I'm shocked to see people say it is too strong. For me, it was so weak that I had to use 2-3x the amount of coffee to get a cup that didn't look like brown water. Maybe I got a bad batch but I feel like this was a total waste. I went through an entire bag in 3 days because I had to make my coffee triple strength.
Very flavorful but balanced
Flavor profile was delicious. Great cup of coffee any time of the day.
This coffee was way to bold for my liking. Also, it gave me a headache every time I drank it. For my next subscription could you please send something a bit ligher in flavor. Maybe with some berry notes. I know I ranked the DCR very high, and I loved it for it's caramel flavor, but the last too have been way to dark roasted and bold for my liking.
Really wonderfully sweet coffee with great notes of chocolate and a classic coffee flavor.
We definitely taste the chocolate and nutty tones, and the coffee is full bodied, but we also get a bit of a burnt flavour.
Not my favorite but not horrible
I did not care for this at all. Please do not send again. Thanks.
Too much chocolate flavor and roasted more at a medium rather than light profile. Overall is decent.
Good balance. Very smooth. No real distinctive notes of flavor but overall solid
Very solid cup.
Average. I didn't feel there was anything remarkable about this coffee. But, it was fine.
Works well as a French press coffee but nothing stand-out.
This was great!
Slightly bitter on the finish.
Really like this coffee so far. It’s smooth, good flavors. I like the medium roast.
Definitely disliked, it just tasted horribly burned/overroasted
Love this one! Very smooth. Delicious
Very good flavor, strong and smooth (not bitter), nice nutty taste.
Very good finish and nuttiness. Chocolate comes through as it cools.
