Really enjoyed this coffee. Very well balanced with good notes of chocolate. No bitterness or strong acidity. Definitely a repeat coffee for me.

This was a nice medium roast coffee, but I think it helped us realize that- to our surprise!- we really do prefer darker roasts (especially the ones with nutty flavors).

Very low acidity and great flavors. I loved the chocolate and honeysuckle combination with and end note of orange. A good springtime coffee.

Loved how this one was balanced. Tasted delicious in both french press & chemex, and didn't need much milk.

This is a nice coffee. It's a little bit darker than ones I've had in the past, so I'd say a medium roast. I can task the chocolate notes, and a little bit of roastiness. Can't go wrong with this one, though

Sightglass is one of my absolute favorite roasters and I was so excited to see it show up as an option! Blueboon was great, of course. Easy drinking every-morning coffee.

Didn't love the first time I tried but then tweaked the brewing with an aeropress and enjoyed what I got. Milk chocolate came through and was nicely balanced withe the subtle citrus.
