It has the taste of wet cardboard with an unsavory after taste. I would not recommend this roast.
Love this one!
I think I received the end of the seasonally sensitive harvest.

It's coffee! Classic vibes only.
Coffee was really acidic and not in a good way.
Sour and weaker than I like
This wasn't my favorite! It had a bit more bitterness than I prefer.
This one wasn't my favorite. For the flavor, it just didn’t match the smell of it. I would say that when I first opened it, I was really excited. If they can match the smell with the flavor this would be one of my favorites. They are really onto something. One step in the right direction.
This has been one of my favorite blends to date. My wife likes it, it grinds decently. It brews up a little lighter than i would want, but still great.
Middle of the road. Nothing great, nothing awful.
Also very good - 5 stars household favorite so far . Last 2 were truly enjoyable
Did not care for the taste of this and the beans did not have a good smell
Very traditional coffee flavor profile, clean and crisp. Smooth and balanced.
At first this coffee seemed too bold but after playing around with it it seems ok. It’s drinkable but not my favorite.
Good with the Aeropress. Very smooth. No roast date on the bag which is odd for a small roaster.
Didn't care for it, tasted bright, floral notes, not what we expected.

Lots of different chocolate layers made for a delicious cup
This is a solid cup of coffee every time. However, I would not necessarily say that there is something about it that makes it stand above other coffees. Would I drink it again? Yes. Would I choose other coffees before it? Yes.
Can't remember too well unfortunately, which means it probably wasn't remarkable
Strong, bold but not bitter
My first choice was a winner! Has a nice rich flavor with a little nutty taste
