This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Onyx Coffee Lab will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
This is the Geometry Blend brought to you by Onyx Coffee Lab. This coffee is a blend of a washed coffee from Ethiopia and a honey processed coffee from Colombia. This combination of these coffees and processes create a unique harmony of flavors that are complex, yet incredibly approachable. The cup has notes of rich German chocolate cake, maple, blueberry and spice.
It's good. It's definitely complex, but it's not better because of it. Like a symphony without a conductor, there's no "ah, that goes together" because there's so much going on.
Delicious! Great flavor and balanced. Its really flavorful for a lighter roast. Its going to be even better when I do a pour over with it tomorrow. Can't wait to try more coffee from Onyx.
Good coffee but it didn't live up to my expectations of Onyx based on their reputation
Fantastically balanced, delicious cup of coffee
Pretty bland. And a bit fruitier than I like.
It was a good, solid coffee, but for the price I thought it would be a bit more interesting.
very smooth taste
Sweet lemon fruitiness in a medium-light roast with hints of chocolate present well in a full yet juicy body. This is a uniquely pleasant blend.
Light on the caffeine, but amazing taste. Smoothest coffee we have tasted
Overly fruity, berrylike, acid, no chocolate in sight, because of berry, not rich. Further, I had asked for single origin, but this and several in the queue are blends. A disappointment. I should have paid more attention to Misto's choice (and now have done so) . . .
Love the chocolate notes in this coffee! Really shined with the V60 for me.
Very VERY fruity
Couldn't get a good flavor. Still too brackish, no matter how I adjusted the grind.
nice blend, good drip coffee in moccamaster.
Smooth & very light finish. Could really taste the german chocolate!
definitely citrus flavor. do not taste chocolate. Robust and tasty. made in French press.
I really enjoyed this coffee. I brew with an Aeropress and use a fairly fine grind paired with a metal filter that lets a little sediment seep through in order to deliver a rich, full texture. This coffee worked really well in that context. I brewed with a coarser grind one day and it was far less enjoyable.
This was good, although for that rich chocolate taste I still like Philz "Jacob's Wonderbar" more.
I've never had a bad bland from Onyx Coffee!
This coffee is still good a month after the roast date. I definitely taste the rich chocolate flavor. Great in a French press. I'm actually drinking it now...
Great. The berry really comes through while blending well with the darker flavors.
Really enjoyed this one. The fruity acidity was definitely subtle as in the description but it worked quite well to make this coffee great. I found I needed to dial up the amount of coffee I used per cup with this blend as it was a little light. But that wasnt necessarily a bad thing. Overall, Good coffee by Onyx Coffee.
