The Old School Tattoo was blended and roasted for you by Goshen Coffee Company. This coffee is a blend of Fully Washed and Pulped natural coffees from Latin America. We think this coffee is extremely well balanced with notes of caramel, toasted nuts, citrus and stone fruit.
Really nice light flavor. Great for hot August morning!
Subtle fruit notes. Really solid brew, but not complex enough for my liking
This was an interesting one for me. Predominantly nutty, with a hint of caramel at the beginning and a citrusy finish.
What I found interesting is that with other citrusy coffees I've had I taste the citrus throughout, whereas with this one it was only towards the end, almost like an after taste. That change of flavors as I drink it was very interesting.
The only thing is that is very light-bodied, which is why I can't give it a 5, but it was definitely enjoyable.
It was too light. We don't like citrus notes.
Ya didn't like this at all. too sour
Loved this one! Great flavor. Would definitely buy again!
slightly smoky, too dark for me
Great morning blend. Enjoyed the depth of flavor
The first two pots (Chemex) of this coffee I drank without even noticing the flavors. On the third pot I finally thought to pay attention to what I was drinking, but...I see why I didn’t really notice anything before. It’s a nice coffee. It’s light. Yes, it’s citrus, caramel, and balanced. It’s kind of unremarkable.
Good but not as good as my favorite rated coffee
Flavors are good but not very strong
Very smooth, great aroma. I was able to really dial it in with my V60, the flavors really open up mid cup. I found it to be fairly well balanced and an overall enjoyable cup.
Delicious, rich and bright, easy to dial in the grind.
Good on the first sip but really opens up mid-cup. Still not quite mind-blowing enough to be a 5, but it's a strong 4.
Very light. With a name like old school tattoo I’d expect something stronger
Amazing, one of the most balanced and amazing cups of coffee we have had!
Nothing special. Flavor profile falls flat at the tail end of a sip.
Just too light of a roast for my taste.
This was way tooo light! I have learned to just let my coffee expert pick for me.
Too light and bright for my tastes.
No matter how I brewed this (espresso, drip, pour over) it just tasted bitter and poor.
Doesn't match the profile I selected.I don't like citrus notes.
By far the best one I have received.
This gave me the worst heartburn
Not rich enough for me - it seemed light in taste.
