Description
This is the Pink Lady Blend brought to you by Methodical Coffee. Pink Lady is made up of 60% Washed Ethiopia Guji and 40% Natural Guji. Both coffees have their origin in the Hambela farm, nestled in the fertile state of Oromia in the Guji zone, with 494 acres devoted to coffee crops. The farm is a subset of METAD, an agriculture development company responsible for growing and harvesting under strict standards, grading the resulting crop in their quality lab, and allocating the coffees to export.

Really great over ice

Loved this as pour over (Chemex), low acidity with notes of fruitiness that made for a bright cup. Flat and muted for espresso unfortunately.

A slight, bright funk from the natural component, supported and contrasted by the rest. It gives it a more cooked berries sort of taste. Well balanced.

Really got the dark chocolate and berries, worked perfectly for my french press, had to up the dosage a couple grams but the flavor/acidity was spot on.

Excellent eastern Ethiopian espresso. Fruity, Bright, and balanced.
This took me back to the to the early morning I spent in Oromia drinking coffee with friends before the day started. That is exactly what good food and coffee should do, take us back to places and times we remember.

We loved this blend. I was really impressed with the flavor and the balance. The fruit notes were so apparent and I was surprised how much it came out.

I wish I could give 1/2 stars - this would be a solid 3.5. Good, but just wish the citrus came through a little sharper

Awesome! Very bright flavors. I don't have many good taste-words, but it was very bright and fruity. More of this please! Curious to try a single blend that is this good
