I am revising and downgrading my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I really expected to love this, but the more I drink it, the less I like it. The taste is too bright, acidic and fruity, to the point It makes me feel unwell. I prefer dark, rich smooth roasts with chocolate, toffee and or nutty notes.

Very aromatic on arrival. It was harder to dial in the grind for the first half of the bag. I had to grind much finer and dose higher compared to normal for a medium roast. However the second half of the bag was more normal. I did get a little of the chocolate note with some acidity, but I wouldn't say it tasted anything like cherry. My bag was coffee from Peru.

I liked this one. It had good flavor and a distinct berry flavor, which was very nice.

Omg we loved this coffee! Add this to the new regular rotation! It is definitely fruity and light and easy to drink. Super bright but not acidic at all.

This is a good ethiopian coffee. Has a more bitter taste than expected, but still good. Pairs well with cream and sugar.

At first I didnt love the fermented taste but after a couple cups It grew on me. Still dont love it but its a nice change of pace

This is a really well balanced coffee. I am partial to Ethiopians and this one doesn't disappoint. The chocolate flavor is definitely present I liked it a lot..
