This was really great on espresso as we could pick out the nuances of the citrus and chocolate. It felt a little lacking in pour over but still good. It reeks of how it compares to the two other beans we’ve gotten on the subscription so far, we’ve liked this almost as much as our second bag of the coava SO blend.
Worked okay as an espresso for lattes but as a pour over it was very bitter and too dark for my liking
Quite good, unfortunately I was out of town for a while and wasn't able to enjoy it at its peak.
Chocolate and citrus for sure. This coffee is earthy and delicious. Definitely would buy again.
Chocolate flavoring was light. Unique blend.
I really liked this one. I could definitely get the chocolate and citrus notes.
Good aroma and flavor
Decent cup. It was maybe too balanced in terms of flavors? It was a good cup but nothing jumped out at me about it, especially given the more punchy bags Misto Box has sent my way!
I thought this one was good. Not necessarily amazing, but good.
We love this coffee - a clear family favorite!
Great drip blend
Really enjoyed this one, nice citrus flavor
Best one so far. Very smooth.
Excellent coffee. Very smooth.
Pretty good coffee. Was able to get a consistent brew with each separate grind. Ranged from "generic good coffee" to actually able to bring out the flavor notes. Thoroughly enjoyed getting the chocolate notes out of the coffee, as well as the brightness when brewed correctly.
A little on the dark side for my taste. Not bad by any means, but not anything worth bragging about either.
do not send again
Just ok on this. I don't think I'm a fan of the "citrus" note. Can't put my finger on it, but definitely not my favorite.
citrus was good but slightly overwhelming
not a memorable coffee, flavor was not there
Definitely get the chocolate notes, with a bit of a nutty undertone. Very aromatic while brewing in the chemex.
please send more!
This coffee was pretty good and I'll happily keep drinking it. However, I felt that the first coffee we received, the bravissimo blend, was far superior. All of the flavors here felt much more muted and dialed down than the first coffee we received. Still an excellent everyday cup, just not something that made you sit up and take notice like the bravissimo blend. Much harder to detect both the citrus and chocolate notes. The cup was very smooth and drinkable though which was nice.
This wasn't our favorite. It was smooth and light, but too mild for our tastes. We didn't taste the chocolate or citrus.
Excellent balance of flavor, cold brewing this really brought out the richness of the citrus without overpowering the hints of chocolate. Bravo.
Way too acidic and bright for my tastes.
I think this is my favortite balance of the citrus notes thus far. It's bright and pops, but isn't overwhelmingly tart or acidic. I would like a little more of the nutty and chocolate notes to be present, but overall a great bean
Dark enough to be sweet and chocolaty without tasting bitter
