This is the Decaf Colombia Aponte Village brought to you by Augies Coffee House. This Yellow Honey processed coffee is from the Tolima region of Colombia and was produced by the Aponte Village at 1,500 meters above sea level. The Decaf Colombia Aponte Village was decaffeinated using the E.A. Sugarcane method which uses Ethyl Acetate, a natural product from the fermentation of sugar cane, giving Colombians another way to diversify utilization of their crops.
Created lattes with the aeropress. The coffee was great black or with creamer. Love the honey process!
I like this one! Had a very comforting flavor.
We really didn't like this coffee. I was really excited by the description and it smelled good when we opened it. But honestly, it wasn't any good. Weak, slightly bitter, bland, hardly any bloom. We have had a Mistobox subscription for 14 months and almost all our coffees have been amazing. But not this one, it is a stinker. At best we are using it to mix with a name-brand flavored coffee someone gave us so we can get rid of it. Not recommended.
