Description
The Decaf Ethiopian Sidama Organic was roasted for you by Noble Coffee Roasting. This decaf coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia and was produced by the SCFCU at 1,800 meters and was naturally processed before being decaffeinated using the chemical-free Mountain Water decaffeination method. The cup has a fruity quality that reminds us of dried apricots with notes of almond, nougat, milk chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Smooth but not robust or interesting

Easily the best decaf I have ever had. While may have had interesting notes out of others this one doesnt have the decaf cardboard taste.

I was so hopeful that we would love this coffee, but it's a very funky coffee!
My husband has been enjoying it as an afternoon pour over & occasional espresso (he really likes light roasted, fruity coffees).
I am not a huge fan (hence the 3 stars). As an espresso drinker I had a hard time dialing-in & pulling a tasty shot with this coffee, a bit too funky/sour/fermented (think sauerkraut) for my tastes.
But if you like lightly roasted, fruity, fermented flavors ... this one will be for you!

Does not seem to have a strong coffee flavor, tastes watered down. Made this as French press and kcup with same results

This is one of those decaf coffees that makes you forget you're missing anything. Great bright flavors (without going acidic) with a richness that can be lacking in decaf. One of the best I've had.

First decaf I've tried with my V60/lido 3 and I just can't get this to taste anything like 'decent' coffee... Chokes flow significantly and despite about 9 attempts to date I can't get balanced extraction. Just tastes a bit burnt. I'll keep at it!
