The Decaf Guatemala Mountain Water was carefully roasted for you by Parisi Artisan Coffee. Mountain Water processing is a more natural way to decaffeinate coffee and results in better quality of flavor. This coffee from Guatemala is rich, with notes of chocolate and nuts.
This was my first time ever trying this coffee through MistoBox. I absolutely loved it! It was so smooth and creamy...and sweet! If you like to drink your coffee black, like me, you will DEFINITELY enjoy this coffee!
just not for me, I like bright, citrus lighter roast coffee.
Much better than the Midway Blend. This is a nice, smooth coffee that coats the mouth and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste. If there was anything I'd say was missing I'd say it was a good chocolaty aroma.

For a decaf we found the flavor subtly rich and aromatically inviting. A lovely brew.
I have had a single cup using the Japanese-style flash cooled with a V60 and it was great. I was kinda concerned since I prefer citrus flavors in my iced coffee but this was a clean and refreshing cup. It reminded me of chocolate but I didn't really note any nuttiness. I couldn't tell you of any other flavors I noticed at this point but all in all, it was a great first cup of coffee. In my opinion, the Japanese style brings out some different flavors in a coffee than serving it hot. Most of my coffee will be brewed with a V60 though and I'll have to wait to see how it is hot.
I thoroughly enjoyed in for a night time coffee since it was decaffeinated. The flavors were balanced.
The Perfect Cup!
Lovely! Very rich body with nice acidity. Initial bitter taste evolves into nutty, almost spun sugar notes which I can't get enough of. Definitely a sipping coffee which I dont mind - the acidity washes away the flavor fairly quickly.
It's good, but not great. Didn't love the first cup or two but am enjoying it now that I'm used to the flavor profile.
Was not a fan of this coffee. It may have been too rich for me? I can't quite put my finger on it but this coffee was too much to drink black
Initial taste is on the bitter side. I think the overall flavor is pretty good, but it doesn't really excite me.
