The Dreamer Decaf was carefully roasted for you by Alma Coffee. This Mountain Water Process Decaf was sourced from Matagalpa in Nicaragua and was produced by Selva Negra at 1,400 meters above sea level.
This was okay. It was smooth and chocolatey at first sip,but there is a bitter/burnt or more astringent aftertaste with each sip. It's a weird contrast.
I didn't like this one so much. It seemed sort of "weak", even though I liked how smooth it was.
Delicious! A wonderful decaf.
This coffee didn’t have much aroma or flavor. We made it both with our espresso machine and as a pour-over, with similar results. The flavor was ok, with no offensive notes, just underwhelming and “weak” tasting.
Very mild flavor. I like a bolder taste.
Enjoyable however not as good as the Temple I recently had.
I didn't love it, but maybe that's because it was a decaf. Tasted a little burnt in espresso.
Nice coffee. It held up well drinking it black. Tasting notes seemed accurate - chocolately/earthy combined with some citrus adding texture.
an outstanding coffee.
Brewed espresso with this through a Profitec lever. True to tasting notes. Chocolate is more pronounced than the more subtle citrus. Very well balanced, creamy cup every time!
