The Sidama Natural SWP Decaf was roasted for you by PT's Coffee Roasting Co. This decaf coffee comes from the Sidama region of Ethiopia. It was grown 1,500 - 2,200 meters above sea level and was dry/natural processed before being decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method. A sweet and smooth decaf with aromas of brown sugar, prune, and cinnamon. Notes of dark chocolate and a touch of yellow apple accompany blackcurrant acidity in the cup. The finish features cinnamon and walnut.
