The Cerberus was carefully roasted for you by Barefoot Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was grown in the Ocotepeque region of Western Honduras between 1,100 and 1,650 meters above sea level. Robust chocolate aromas lead to notes of roasted nuts and dark chocolate in this heavy bodied coffee.
Nice flavor balance in a variety of brewing methods
One of my top 2 or 3 favorities
Too bitter for my taste.
I know I enjoyed it, but I can't think of anything specific to say about it.
A little too dark for my taste, but pretty good overall.
Loved the notes of chocolate and the overall flavor
Bitter, flat aroma.
not my personal favorite, a bit too dark, was a bit tough to dial in my shot. i appreciate the bold flavor but a bit overpowering for how i like my drinks
I did not enjoy the flavor profile on this coffee, first time I really felt that way. I have an espresso machine and so I was able to use it on that, and tried a few other brew methods, even the french press was good, I just personally prefer medium to dark roasts, and other characteristics besides char.
Good! Enjoyed the slight chocolaty flavor and distinctly dark/bold flavor.
Nuts and chocolate came through very well. Definitely on the higher end of coffees so far.
This was delicious & our favorite of all the coffees we have tried so far! It was smooth, had wonderful flavor, wasn’t too strong. We loved it & will get it again!
Great coffee - middle of the road, no overpowering qualities, nice and dark roast
One of my favorites, smooth and great flavor
Phenomenal coffee. Flavor profile is ON POINT.
It was "meh" Didn't make good espresso, but was okay for drip. Not my favorite by any means.
Enjoyed this blend
Liked the full body taste
Has a bit of a cigarette flavor…
So damn good. This is an amazing dark roast, it's just the right amount of smokey, not too acidic, robust, flavorful. Awesome.
Loved it, one of my favorites!
It fell a little flat, I was a bit disappointed. It was not smooth and way too bitter, I tried coarse and fine grinding.
The rating for the coffee is purely about the beans and the taste, but I do want to note that there were shipping issues with this coffee and the packaging was poor.
This coffee was just OK. It worked best using a drip machine, but was too acidic when I used the Chemex for brewing. Cerberus had nice chocolate notes, but was a bit mild for my liking.
Good coffee, not as dark, “full bodied” as described, or robust as I like.
Really tasty, balanced, and smooth!
This dark roast is very earthy with chocolaty notes. The French press brings out the earthiness while a drip machine is a bit sweeter. Beware: it seems to have more caffeine than other dark roasts.
It was ok. Not to much flavor.
Very good. Strong and rich
Not bad, not as good as Black and Tan but good. Better than the French Roast
one of my favorites
I like this blend. I tasted chocolate and nuts. Robust and easy to grind.
My new favorite. Rich, bold but not bitter. Awesome!!
We really enjoyed this coffee - it is true to the description of dark chocolate and nutty. It has a very smooth flavor and is equally good with or without cream/milk.
This was not roasted, at all. No flavor whatsoever, completely bland.
