The Destroyer Espresso Blend was blended and roasted for you by Ceremony Coffee Roasters. Well-balanced and versatile, Destroyer extracts as a full-bodied, exciting espresso. With a rich, candy bar sweetness and vibrant citrus and vanilla high tones, this is gorgeous espresso neat or with milk. If you are looking for something to cool you down as the temperature rises, try the Destroyer Blend for cold brew or iced coffee as well.
Bright and citrus, this coffee is delicate and takes careful attention to pull a proper shot without burning out character. The flavor is dominated by a single note, which is good for those who want an easy coffee. But it can be disappointingly repetitive if it’s the only coffee in your repertoire. Altogether a high-quality bean, it has the risk of being outperformed by something with greater complexion.
Complex and bitter in a good way. We liked this a lot.
Balanced for everyday. Lovely cappuccino made. Vanilla notes were incredible.
Amazingly smooth cup. Easily the best fruity tasting notes I’ve tried. Probably a close second for favorite coffee.
Really enjoyed this, though not in my normal taste profile. Very consistent through the entire bag. Wife loved it, too.
The best coffee we have had from this service
Pretty great but not as great as others. Definitely taste caramel. Wish it was darker.
When i started to dial it in, my first shot lasted almost 40 seconds. Instead of pouring it out, I tried it and it was delicious. I was able to dial it in completely after one more shot, but man this thing is forgiving with over extraction. The flavor is great, citrus and sweet with mild bitterness. It really is balanced. Very very good with milk too. Grind setting 5 B-C. After a weekish, the coffee starts to lose the nuanced flavors and goes to more bitter/sour.
Loved this as espresso, frappuccino or straight espresso
Citrus flavor mutes other flavors a bit. Not bad by any means but would prefer something else
This was indeed a full bodied espresso. Although I did get one shot with a bit of sweetness, I didn't get the vibrant citrus as much. All my shots came with a bit more bitterness than I would have liked. Even the addition of milk didn't disguise the bitterness. Shots with more acidity were underextracted. I am curious how this would do for something like a pour over or cold brew.
Lives up to the description well- bright peach up front, nice full creamy body, very little taste after, good creama, very unique espresso. Most can not be both bright and creamy
Really enjoyed the citrus, it was nice powerful flavor
One of the best espressos I've tried. Very creamy and rich. Made delicious iced lattes as well as hot.
Too much citrus for my taste. It's nice for a warm afternoon cold brew or iced coffee but not great for a morning espresso or latte..
Bitter, Dry beans. Would not recommend, do not want again
Great with milk. Really enjoyed this coffee as a latte.
This is one of my favorites so far.
Great coffee, much better then the last for my taste. Still not a huge fan of the citrus ( orange flavor ) but love the creaminess.
I liked the acidic sweetness to it as an espresso.
Very robust flavor. Definitely not boring. Personally a little too bright and citrusy for me, but if you like that kind of thing than its great.
Fruity, a little weak. Not great for ristretto beverages despite the labeling.
Too much citrus for my taste.
Fantastic coffee, even better espresso.
This blend is very sharp on the tongue. Extremely tart.
I liked the notes of chocolate and citrus! I know the acidity was low in this coffee but it bothered my acid reflux....this bean would be great for an Americano.
