I really enjoyed this coffee. Brewed in an aeropress, it had a great aroma of praline turtle and subtle maple, though I wasn’t able to pull out these flavors in the taste. Clean body, and melon/lemon sweetness emerges as it cools to reveal a super juicy mouthfeel with a lingering aftertaste and acidity. I also brewed it espresso style in the aeropress instead of on a machine, and got some good results as an americano. Not sure why it is labeled as a dark roast on the bag, as it definitely a medium roast.
It says on the packaging it’s best suited for espresso...but I think it works pretty well in chemex. Maybe a touch of bitterness that would suit espresso more.
Nice espresso coffee
This coffee was perfect. Not too strong or overpowering for an Espresso. Great balance of flavor.
This coffee hits the spot with flavorful notes that get your taste buds going as the seasons changes!
Finished this one the fastest! Love this in the drip machine :)
This is absolutely a great espresso blend and has perfect attributes for every use in espresso from straight shots to the perfect latte. For me this is a 4 star due to my personal flavor preferences, otherwise a strong 5 star. I prefer a more chocolate and nutty profile. You can not go wrong with this blend.
A little light on flavor.
Well blended coffee that was truly a light flavor

Had some trouble dialing it in with our espresso machine.
Forgiving to dial in, the quality is consistent, but the Melon and Praline are hard to pull out.
Definitely take the brew guidelines into account. This would have saved me a lot of time and beans. My first shots were extremely bright (seems lighter than other medium roasts). After grinding finer and extracting more, the flavor became more complex with a bit of sweetness. Kind of a brighter fruity acidity. So far I've been doing 17.7g in ( portafilter usually holds 16.5g for medium roast before getting a screen print), ~35g out in 28-30sec. This is when the bitter notes start creeping in. It's an interesting roast, not sure I'd go for this again.
Great balanced flavor. Was able to get consistent pulls.
I liked this was dark, but not super acidic/bitter.
Great espresso, can definitely taste the chocolate and maple. Did not taste the melon, tho. Enjoyed it, thanks!
Really liked this one, full flavor without being overwhelming
Well balanced and refreshing!
Had a hard time getting a consistent shot from this. More fruit than I prefer.
Had on espresso machine and aero press. Was better on aero press brought out wonderful fruit
Really enjoyed it! Would love to have it again.
I did this as a pour over, not as an espresso, and still got a lot of the described notes. The strength and sweetness combination of this roast was surprisingly balanced to me.
Excellent and well balanced flavor.
Not bad, can be a little light. Hard to dial in to the recommendations on my Breville Barista Express. It says 20g Coffeys, 40g output, and 28 second pull time. 20g Dialed, time dialed, but it always extracts 50-55g, and the pressure is super high. Still tastes good! Maybe that's why it's a little light.
One of the best espressos I've ever had! Complex, but still rich and bodied like a classic.
