Very good lots of crema with milk brown sugar finish

Very good coffee! Used it for cafe mocha and an Americano with great results. Smelled fresh, nicely packaged.
Makes a nice espresso. Flavor descriptions are accurate. chocolate flavors stand out.
Great flavor notes! Slightly smoky and Carmel hints. Perfectly roasted to my liking. Every so slightly bitter notes from roasting. Would highly recommend. This is the best coffee I have had thus far!
Average. Not extraordinarily bold or flavorful.
So so good. Definitely would buy this one again
Tasty and dark, a touch bitter. Liked the variety but wouldn't want to drink every day.
Pretty good, a little dark for me, but overall was able to pull good shots with it. I would purchase it again.
This is too oily for home espresso machine
Found this to be a bold, smooth espresso bean.
This espresso blend didn't really taste like espresso. I found that my latte milk would overpower the flavor really easily. Not my favorite but I didn't hate it
First coffee I tried on here after basically looking at all the bags lol, and honestly I wasn’t disappointed at all. It’s not an overwhelming dark coffee at all with full bodied flavors. A pinch of brown sugar was a great way to finish it, I felt when adding milk it made the coffee dull. Overall worth trying!
This is very, very good. I could tell it was super-fresh when it came in as the bloom was enormous. Perfectly dark, well-balanced. Just plain *good*.
Really nice heavy flavors. I like it, but less than the alma essence for sure.
This was ok for my wife as a dark roast, but I found its flavor to be rather one dimensional
This was my first delivery from Mistobox. The beans were not as oily as my previous staple beans from TJ's and I had to increase the grind size by three on by Breville grinder to get the correct grind and pull. The first shot of espresso was the best I've ever seen out of my machine. The aroma was mild with hints of smoke and caramel. I loved it and will be coming back to this bean after trying some others through Mistobox.
This espresso had the potential to be really REALLY amazing! BUT, there is this really odd note or flavor defect that I cannot seem to dial out no matter what I do! It's a sort of watery, bitter defect that plaques this otherwise beautiful coffee! I'd be interested in working with this blend again to see if I could in time, get it better! It has so much potential!
does not work well with cappuccino,
All the coffee's before this one were excellent
delicious, dark roast.
This was waaaaay too dark roast. Not into it.
A tad bitter
This was okay in a latte, but wasn't great in espresso
Smoky and dark. Liked it!
I never managed to dial in the shot quite right. Wanted to like it, but maybe out of reach for my grinder
Rich, creamy, chocolaty!
Overall, I enjoyed this blend. It was middle of the road on taste. Definitely had caramel notes, but not very smoky.
Wow! I don't think I've ever had a better cup of coffee at home. This was spectacular.
This one wasn't a super dark roast, which I liked. It was smooth and the flavor profile was pretty good.
This was a lovely espresso blend. I especially appreciate its Pacific Northwest roots. It was very energizing and the flavor was smooth. I'd prefer it to be a little more chocolatey though.
Loved this - we loved the flavor and it was great for making our lattes.
This coffee was fantastic! It made smooth, strong, creamy espresso. Exactly what I'm looking for.
This was good but I didnt love the smokiness
Edit: adjusted my brew settings and have changed my review.
The caramel flavor was tasty and surprisingly strong- I wouldn’t want to have it every day, but it’s a nice treat. I liked the dark roast flavor and the full body, but I didn't like the smoky flavor, it was too close to tasting burnt for my taste.
Too dark of a roast for me. smooth but boring profile
Smooth, a little bit wheaty.
After a few days of tasting this coffee I ciyls see its smoky flavor and it was actually very interesting.
Loved it! Used it in our brand new Breville machine and it was great!
Very bitter but very flavorful
Very good but felt like it might've been a little acidic
This is a bold cup. Excellent espresso shots that tastes like dark chocolate. This is my go to coffee now.

The tags are spot on - I did indeed get smoky notes and a distinct caramel aroma and flavor, which is super pronounced during grinding (which was just wonderful) and nicely on the back end after the bold character up front.
I'm brewing with a Mokapot so I don't really get any crema, but the flavor profile is what I expected without it and very much what I like, though perhaps on the slightly bolder/more bitter side for my wife.
Very smooth, but with rich chocolate and nut flavors
Loved this - my favourite so far. It was rich, full, complex and perfect for my morning French Press.
My wife and I loved this! Makes great espresso and easy to dial in.
