This review is based on drinking it as a Latte. For me it was a drinkable latte but its has a flat, buttery tastes that turns more sour as you drink it.
Taste was very flat, no detectable character. It wasn’t bitter or sour, just not flavorful at all.
Coffee seems fine to me. Maybe just a bit acidic for my preference. There are other beans I tend to prefer.

Nice coffee. Chocolatey. Wouldn't mind a little more punch to it, but overall very pleasant.
I love this espresso. It's finicky, so the bitterness could turn really sweet on a good pour but slightly harsh on another. When done right, it's very syrupy, bold, and very chocolatey and sweet. A latte (instead of my usual cortado) might be better to calm it down a bit. I'm going to have to circulate this back on my queue.
Really disappointing. It honestly reminded me of Starbucks. Way too roasty for me.
Too dark and bitter. Probably would want a lighter roast.
Very fragrant on arrival. Berries and fruits as a straight espresso, chocolate as a cappuccino. Before I properly adjusted it, this one had a very definite bitter kick at the end. After adjusting a bit, the bitterness diminished and I was left with some very nice coffee =)
Only really tasted good as an espresso.
Pretty darn good when used in pour over, and great when put through an espresso machine.
Excellent roast and great flavor profile in the first week - complex and balanced espresso. Pulled good shots up to day 10 and beyond.
