Solid coffee for a medium dark roast. Lots of chocolate notes with a bit of bitterness. No other off tasting flavors.

Since getting this dialed in, it's been just beautiful. Pulls really well and consistently as an espresso shot, with a rich crema and a little bit of fruit on the nose, if not in the flavor.
