This is the Rise & Shine blend brought to you by Greater Goods Coffee Roasters. Rise & Shine is a custom blend of Fully Washed coffees from Colombia and Nicaragua. It is a full-bodied blend that is heavy on the chocolate notes, with a dense mouthfeel and smooth finish.

I use it for espresso and all the tasting notes were there. It is definitely heavy on the chocolate notes which I loved. I was a little worried by the reviews left by other people, but this worked out really well for me!

Billed as a dark roast, this coffee turned out to be at most a medium roast in comparison to other coffees I've received from from Mistobox. The beans were medium brown, dull—not shiny, and had a flavor that caused me to put them in the freezer to save for visitors.

Solid choice. Great taste with oat milk. Had to use ~20 g for my grind. I would consider this one again.

Beautifully dark and rich. Hard to not just snack on the beans. Smelled so good when I got it from the mailbox I made a pot at 7pm and ruined my sleep.

Delicious! Central America is Ddefinitely our favorite coffee region and this one proves that. Smooth, doesn't taste very dark, taste molasses and chocolate.

Made as a Latte. really dark, strong coffee. Dark chocolate is my favorite so this coffee is definitely one of my favorites. Also a great roasted flavor, no aftertaste.

This was not a dark roast. Just above City roast, maybe. Still, good flavors just not as dark as I would have liked.

Good dark coffee but a little too bitter for my taste. Not as oily and rich as I am used to, perhaps I am a fan of French Roast Blends more. Makes a solid cup of coffee but there this bitter aftertaste. Mixing 2 tablespoons of coffee to 6oz in a drip pot
