This is the Scrimshaw Espresso brought to you by Greenway Coffee Company. Simple and straightforward, this coffee was intentionally blended to appeal to a wide audience of coffee lovers. This versatile coffee is perfect on its own and lusciously decadent with a bit of cream or steamed milk, with notes of dark chocolate and caramel.
Really great balance with all the right chocolate and roasty flavors. One of my favorites.
Solid coffee. No bitterness; not as full-bodied as some of the previous coffees.
not strong enough. whenever I make it w/ a mokapot I find its really laking
These beans lacked a lot of depth that I've had with other beans. Overall, my coffee just tasted very flat. It's not exactly terrible, but it's not something I would try again. It was difficult for me to pick up on the caramel notes. Perhaps it was the way I brewed it with a V60 (vs. pump espresso). Overall, meh.

We LOVE this one. Our favorite thus far!
I did like this coffee, just like its predecessor. In comparison with the first coffee Expresso Parisi, I found this one to have a slightly bitter taste, more so than in the first one.
I look forward to subsequent deliveries on new coffees!
Thank you for your concern and attention!
I could not pull a decent shot with these beans, but they made a better drip coffee (3 stars).
Beans are beautiful, as is the package. Very little oils, makes weak shots but ok in aero-press. Smells nice
I finally got to try this roast! Very full bodied, love the bold flavor, seems more acidic than the last one. I especially love the dark chocolate notes. Thanks.
This bag was fine, not amazing not bad. Wouldn't pick again but pulled some decent shots.
Flat flavor profile. Two notes of bitter chocolate and nuts. Never sweet, no matter what I did to dial it in.
Similar to Panther Legacy, but with a stronger caramel forward. Perfect!
Strong chocolate notes to start with a very sweet caramel aftertaste. Too sweet for me. The richness weakens in the mouth, and there is an odd soapy taste in the middle!
A bit weaker than we like but very drinkable and enjoyable.
Delicious! A light easy drinking coffee. It took us a while to get the bean grind right for this one but we loved the cocoa flavors and the tart aftertaste. Also, it wasn't too fruity.
