This is the Single Origin Espresso Ethiopian Burka Gudina brought to you by Noble Coffee Roasting. This naturally-processed coffee is complex and balanced with notes of tropical fruit and a wonderfully coating mouthfeel. Burka Gudina, meaning ‘where blessings grow’, is a farm run by third-generation coffee farmer, Ibrahim Hussein. His farm in western Ethiopia - specifically in the Limmu Kosa area of the Jimma Zone - is located in an up and coming region that has a very different flavor profile than most Ethiopian coffees you’re probably familiar with.
