This is the Time and Temperature Espresso Blend brought to you by Tandem Coffee Roasters. The Time and Temperature Blend is constantly changing components with fresh, seasonal coffees. It is currently comprised of coffees from Ethiopia and Colombia. Pulled as espresso, this coffee is rich and pillowy with notes of butterscotch, white chocolate, and red berries.
One of the best flavors I've had in my coffee. Absolutely beautiful. Loved the lighter taste, the amount of acidity, and the richness.
Update for 9.21.2021: this is one of the best coffees I've had at home ever.
Goes well in vanilla latte and mochas. Little bit hard to dial in for me.

I love Tandem, but this blend was almost too savory. I got very little red berry, but a lot of... tomato? It was sort of vegetal. I've never had a coffee like it before, but I'm not sure I'd want one like it again. Interesting, but not what I was hoping for.
Very flavorful, but color of coffee once roasted is pale (resembles iced tea) - may be more heavily caffeinated. Needed to dilute more heavily with water.

Great caramel/butterscotch taste with some citrus on the finish. It was a little finicky to get brewed correctly, but was well worth the effort.
A little thin, but good flavor
The 1st shot I pulled when I got the coffee was 18g dose and 22g out. It was a good coffee at ristretto but lost got lost a little bit in the milk. So I tightened the grind and increased my TDS to 15.45 from 14.7 as the cup was slightly under extracted. This seem to create a better cup. I then tried the more modern lungo normale at 18.5g dose and 57g out. This created a far to bright of a cup and you lost the coco nutty body that a good espresso will have. So while this is a great coffee it was lacking in my opinion to be a great cappuccino coffee. I also had issues with the coffee drying out really quickly. This was mostly likely due to the coffee coming from Maine to me in Colorado where the air is really dry. So after 2 or 3 days even in a air tight container I had to rework my recipes to get a good pull.

I had a hard time dialing this coffee in; I got some good cups from it, and a few poorer ones. This is probably due to the limitations of my set up (grinder, espresso machine), rather than just not liking the beans. Maybe the best description for my experience is that these beans were finicky.
I really liked this coffee! My favorite so, by far! Maybe I would be happier with a more complex coffee, but I'm very pleased with this one
This is a really good coffee. Fantastic richness and the mouth feel is velvet. The strawberries are in your face. The tartness is a little forward and I would have liked some dark chocolate to even that out. No doubt a must try coffee and one I wouldn't be disappointed in receiving again.

either flow didn't come through it at all or it accelerated away into a watery mess. ended up wasting 3/4 the bag

Just what I was looking for in a blend. Balance.
I tried this blend with french press and espresso machine, and it was a consistent body with juicy citrus notes, primarily bright lemon taste profiles were found to be dominant. I'm not sure if since I received the "seasonal" blend that it deviated from their standard espresso blend. It was not a bad coffee, but really not my preferred taste which leans towards earthy, spicy and chocolate profiles,
Finicky to brew. Kept getting bitter and thin shots all the time with this coffee

Really like the versatility of this one - makes a great pour over and espresso. Nice and rich and not overly bitter as an espresso.
This one didn't do it for me. Seemed a little too bitter for me, earthier than what I usually like.
It has a flavorful assortment of fruits that come through nicely when combined with steamed milk as a latte. It is more refreshing and is nice to drink in warmer weather. It leaves a genuinely sweet aftertaste and pairs well with buttered toast.
Lovely espresso, that pours consistently and beautifully. Notes of tart berries and caramel. A well balanced favorite.
My experience with this coffee is very different then the description. It has an aroma almost of a box of German butter cookies. The flavor had a bit of a kick to it, almost like some type of mild chipotle flavor. Not really my style, but it was good.
