The Tradewinds was blended and roasted for you by Greenway Coffee Company. This combination of Fully Washed coffees from Rwanda and Guatemala pair to create a full bodied and rich espresso with flavors of chocolate, baking spices, and dried fruit. The Tradewinds is also excellent for brewing as drip.
All I remember at this time is that I really liked this coffee.
Don't like the flavor at all; acidic aftertaste
I love Guatemalan coffees and this was no exception. It's one of those comfort coffees with strong chocolate and nut notes when drunk as a cappuccino. I also used this to make ice cream, and the results were delicious!
Both liked it
Loved this coffee. Rich and full bodied. Produces an amazing crema...huge fan!
Was okay. Wouldn’t want again.
Brewed in a french press using 210 degree water. Allowed first bloom for 40 seconds and stirred with a wood stick. Coffee definitely has a solid chocolate flavor with a nice touch of spice. Definitely like!
Somewhat bitter. Not smooth.
Bold taste with chocolate tones note. No sweetness just chocolate. No bitter after taste. A nice strong coffee to start the morning.
I really like this espresso. The dark chocolate notes, low acidity, and bold taste were great. It created an extremely thick crema. Fantastic espresso.
Fantastic for the French press, smooth and balanced with flavor that holds up to plenty of cream and very low acidity.
Good balance and flavor. Could be richer.
A little too mild.
This has been my favorite coffee so far! It tastes like mocha!
This coffee tastes bad— probably the spice taste. It tastes sour.
