The Brazil Agua Limpa was carefully roasted for you by 1000 Faces Coffee Roasters. Grown by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza in the Sao Paolo region at 1200 meters above sea level, this Full Natural coffee is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Brazil.
Love the taste of this coffee! It has a subtle sweet taste that reminds me of chocolatety almond butter, and the acidity of the cup adds minor hints of a fruit flavor. Highly recommend this bean for a great cup of coffee :) As someone else mentioned, I recommend aiming for a slightly shorter brew time than usual.
Really bland IMO. Don't get any frutiy notes and seems a bit over-roasted.
I initially thought this was mislabeled as I got no hint of strawberry or any sweetness. It was just a light chocolate nut flavor. Then I increased the grind size a lot, decreasing the brew time significantly. Bingo, there it is. Strawberry. So, I think this bean is best with a shorter brew time... Really good! If you go too long, it'll be screwed up.
It was a bit too weak and blend. I brewed my coffee with my normal amount of coffee beans but did't get the taste I hoped
Smooth, full-bodied for sure just not loving the subtle notes of milk chocolate honestly. Still a great coffee!
Brewing with my aeropress and V60 and it has notes of chocolate and nuts but I can't seem to find any strawberry or fruit flavors.
