The Brazil Fazenda Frutas was carefully roasted for you by Goshen Coffee Company. This Full Natural coffee was grown by Josue Morales in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil between 900 and 1,200 meters above sea level.
really wanted to like this but every preparation was a no. interestingly, my husband was a huge fan this, but he loves brazilian and african coffees and drinks only occasionally
Must try again.
The first bean I was able to dial in and really enjoy my shot. I'm very new to this so take with a grain of salt. 18g In, 38g out in 31 seconds.
I couldn't pull a decent shot with these beans. Way over extracted at about 100g output no matter what I tried. Still enjoyable but much more like an Americano. I should have used these for a pour over.
Dynamic, fruity, round finish. Excellent!
Its okay not great nothing special
Disappointed. Absolutely no flavor. Like drinking a mug of hot water. Tried making the next cup stronger. Still tasteless. Really weird
Delicious coffee, nice flavor notes, only mild critique is maybe it needed a little more roasting time but otherwise incredible cup.
Pretty delicious, makes great pourover (hot and Japanese method iced), drip and even quite tasty, if not messy espresso… having trouble getting good flavor profiles without a soggy/wet puck after brew. Would recommend aeropress for americanos (mocha pot was ok, but some of the fruity notes were overpowered).
