This is the Brazil Fazenda Rainha Pulp Natural brought to you by Cat & Cloud Coffee. This pulped natural coffee was sourced from the growing region of Vale da Grama in Brazil and was produced by the Fazenda Rainha between 1,150 - 1,350 meters. This cup tastes like straight up peanut butter and grape jelly with a round, full body.
You could really smell the peanut butter when opening the bag. It was one of my favorites so far.
Pretty good, brewed well and had some good flavor and body. Lighter Brazilian was interesting.
A little dark and bland
Way too dark to be considered a medium roast
Surprisingly tasty although I didn’t pick up the notes other than an occasional aroma
This coffee was darker then what I prefer and I did not enjoy the flavors.
This coffee is superior!
Such great body and taste! Solid cup of joe
Made using drip coffee machine, found it slightly nutty but lacking the full body. Very interesting flavor profile
I can't seem to pull a decent shot with these beans.
I loved the depth of this coffee.
Amazing. Loved this coffee.
Nutty, medium acid. Not very complex but decent.

Yikes a fav for sure. If you are a fan of PB&J this be one you try!
I drank this coffee but didn’t love it. I consume a lot of pb&j but this coffee was over the top.
Needed resting. Really started to enjoy and notice the grape side of the PBJ flavors, after about 10 days post-roast. The nut flavor was strong prior to that
Great espresso profile, unique and interesting without being overly acidic!
Straight up PB&J. Awesome.
Can really smell peanut off the beans, and the flavor is a nice balance of nuttiness and sweet raspberry. Super fun!
Fantastic light body which smells like sweet vanilla when brewed. Fruity notes evaporate along with an aroma similar to green apple and grapes
The protein aroma was off putting
did not like
Sweet and juicy. Espresso, 20g dose, 40g out.
Brewed up great via both V60 and AeroPress. Enjoyed via AeroPress preparation the most, helped even out some of the savory flavors that overwhelmed a bit
Great start your day coffee. Smooth.
Pretty bland. Definitely got peanut. But had to use 190* water and a coarse grind to get anything but ash from it when brewed.
A decent brew. As someone who prefers light, fruity coffees, this struck me as a bit too robust—definitely more robust than indicated when I opted for it. Definitely plenty of peanut butter off the beans, but not as much from the brew itself. I can't imagine that people who love robust beans will hate this, but yeah, just wasn't my style.
If there is a peanut and jelly option I want to try it. I did get a nutty fruity taste with a nice mouth feel.
Glad I tried it but it wont be my every day brew.
Incredibly good! Loved the flavor profile.
Very aggressively nutty, which isn't exactly to my taste. Hard to dial in on V60, and inconsistent bean size doesn't help with getting a consistent grind. If you like a more earthy, nutty coffee, this may be for you.
Sweet coffee. Let's see what you got for us next
This was ok, certainly a pretty tasty coffee, but a bit more bitter that I prefer. I liked this one better in Chemex than V60
Tasty, definitely full-bodied, lots of earthy peanut flavors.
One of our favorites! Loved the acidity and the peanut smell
Really fun flavors. Great black or with a little cream. Drinking it with sugar makes it taste like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - which was interesting to say the least.
Needs a higher water temp
Took me a couple times to get it right, but was delightful once I dialed in the ratio.
Great body, fairly smooth. I didn't really taste the notes of peanut butter and jelly, but there was some definite tartness in the finish. I expected this coffee to be excellent, but it was just solid.
Solid coffee. Not as fruity as I was hoping for being a natural processed coffee, but still a good coffee.
This is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. As it cools it really smooths out. Normally I like things that are a little more citrus/fruity so this is out of the norm, but I love it. Would totally drink this again.
Really nice on V60. Trying on Chemex next.
Best I've gotten since I signed up
Loved the full and round body. Better than some of the other Cat & Cloud that I've had in the past.
A solid coffee with a great round, full body. Mellow in terms of acidity with lots of chocolate nuttiness while the fruit’s a bit harder to find. Not very complex, but would serve as a pleasing everyday option.
Delicious cup. I especially love the pulp natural style.
It did not say natural on the bag. I also do not tase the fruitiness from in the cup. Maybe the washed version was sent?
Great flavor. This joint so fye.
It actually smells like peanut butter and jelly!
Every Cat and Cloud coffee has been good
barely had any flavor. Terrible in french press. Was ok in drip.
Distinct peanut aroma, not so sure about the jelly. Produces a decent cup with an earthy, unique flavor.
Fantastic! Favorite Coffee so far! (5/21/19)
Not light or acidic or fruity enough
Very smooth and balanced.
It doesn't have the nuttiness I like in a Brazil, but it also doesn't seem to do the fruity notes well, either.
Nothing too special about this one
Love the peanut flavor with the sweetness.
Good coffee. Nothing to write home about, but good.
Cat and Cloud is a hyped coffee roaster since the owners are well known in the industry. I think I was expecting it to be mind blowing, it was good! But not mind-blowing haha
Could drink this one every day. Could easily be a go-to.
Good coffee but no flavors stood out. Pretty plain.
It was a solid coffee
nutty and chocolate-y with low acidity.
One of the best I’ve had in a while. The nuttiness comes through the strongest. Kind of a nougaty sweetness, almost like a snickers bar. So good.
