This is the Burundi Gahahe brought to you by Camber Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was processed by the Gahahe Station in the Kayanza region of Burundi. Gahahe Station sits at just over 1800 meters above sea level, and is a collection site for roughly 600 local farmers. Most farmers here are growing bourbon exclusively and their coffees have placed in numerous Cup of Excellence competitions. Look for hints of lime, baking spice, maple, and huckleberry in this complex, syrupy cup.
