Description
The Cerberus was carefully roasted for you by Barefoot Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was grown in the Ocotepeque region of Western Honduras between 1,100 and 1,650 meters above sea level. Robust chocolate aromas lead to notes of roasted nuts and dark chocolate in this heavy bodied coffee.

So damn good. This is an amazing dark roast, it's just the right amount of smokey, not too acidic, robust, flavorful. Awesome.

It fell a little flat, I was a bit disappointed. It was not smooth and way too bitter, I tried coarse and fine grinding.
The rating for the coffee is purely about the beans and the taste, but I do want to note that there were shipping issues with this coffee and the packaging was poor.

This coffee was just OK. It worked best using a drip machine, but was too acidic when I used the Chemex for brewing. Cerberus had nice chocolate notes, but was a bit mild for my liking.

Really tasty, balanced, and smooth!

This dark roast is very earthy with chocolaty notes. The French press brings out the earthiness while a drip machine is a bit sweeter. Beware: it seems to have more caffeine than other dark roasts.

We really enjoyed this coffee - it is true to the description of dark chocolate and nutty. It has a very smooth flavor and is equally good with or without cream/milk.

This was not roasted, at all. No flavor whatsoever, completely bland.
