The coffee was good however a bit on the light side. My profile was established for medium and this first order is light roast. Assuming this was a mistake but I didn’t notice until I brewed my first pot.
was a pretty good middle of the road coffee. finished a bit dry for my liking. I like something a bit juicier.

Definitely not as good as the Ethiopia Dimtu Shakiso Washed.

The coffee was too light in taste, not much flavor
I think it's fine; a little flat tasting... not sure how to describe it exactly. I do a Kalita Wave pourover, 32g coffee for 450g water, timing 50g for 45 secs, then 100g for 30 secs each till complete; Baratza Encore grinder set at 19.
Not my favorite offering so far. Nothing wrong, just doesn't amaze.
This one was fabulous ! again very smooth and great flavor.

A little TOO light for my taste. I like less fruity, more chocolatey coffees with a mid-to-dark roast over the light roasts. Not bad and very flavorful, just not my kind of flavors.
I would not classify this as a light roast, I’d actually put it more on the medium-dark side which is a little too dark for us. We were however surprised by the breadth of flavors present despite the darker roast.

Good acidity, mild flavor notes. Definitely better a week after the roasting date. I knew better than to brew two days after roasting, but I couldn’t help myself.
Nice! The complexity is the most obvious note to me. The roast level was good. It isn’t as sweet as some of the coffees I’ve been brewing lately. Maybe more of an African thing. Some fruit notes but I’m not great picking out the specifics.

This is the first time I look forward with enthusiasm to brewing my morning cup and I find myself brewing another later in the day. I'm also looking forward your future selections
I think a darker and more chocolate flavor is more my style. But this was a nice new flavor for me.
It brewed ok. Didn't have much in a flavor profile.

Tart fruit flavors throughout. Light earthy flavors in the beginning that smooth out.
I am loving this coffee so far! Although I’m not getting as much complexity, to me it has tasted nutty/smooth and I haven’t gotten the fruit flavors. May need to experiment with brewing. Still really good though!
Single cup in Chemex with brown paper filter. Breville smart grinder pro @ 40/10. 28g coffee. 420g water @ 200. Brew time 4 minutes including 1 minute bloom.
Fairly acidic/tart apple/fruit flavor with some more complex/rich flavors with the right brew time/temp. Water moves through the coffee faster than expected, requiring a finer grind. A bit too light/acidic for my taste.
I liked it ok. It wasn't quite as interesting or complex as my favorite coffees.
My partner's favorite so far, bright and complex
This one was really great, brewed very well in both a V60 and a Clever.
Weird, I didn’t get any fruit notes out of this coffee. I liked it for the most part (better than most coffee shop offerings) but it didn’t get me excited to get out of bed for my morning pour over.
Great tasting coffee. Great way to start my day.

I like the sweetness in the cup. Stone fruit and Carmel flavors. Also the roast is nice not too light to take away from the flavor.

A little too light for my taste
It was just ok. I wanted it for pour over but i actually liked it better as a latte. I used oat milk, lavender and vanilla simple syrup and cinnamon. So I actually covered up the flavor of the coffee. I just didn’t really like it as just a cup of joe.
The fruit / tart was a tad over bearing.

Love it. We don’t typically choose Colombian coffee but the roasting on this is excellent and makes for a very interesting flavor profile.

Too fruity and light for me, a bit tangy. Prefer more medium/ dark coffee. Approx a 5-7 on dark scale where I’d put this a 2/3.
