The Organic Colombia Tolima Vino Y Oro was carefully roasted for you by Centri Coffee. This fully washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Tolima in Colombia and was produced by the Asociación SURCAFES between 1,500 - 1,800 meters. The cup is round and smooth with notes of milk chocolate and tropical fruit.
Great coffee but darker/heavier than my personal taste.
Not a big fan. While it is a smooth coffee, the finish is too bitter for my tastes. It’s not as bad, but it reminds me of Starbucks. I prefer a sweeter finishing coffee that I typically experience in Ethopian grown beans. Thanks.
Really good and vary balanced. Brewed with a french press.
This one was mellow and sort of even keel on flavor. I could drink it any time of the day. I enjoyed this one made in a French press the best.
Pretty good - I liked that it is lighter for a south American Coffee. I'd drink it again, but it's not a standout for me. I definitely preferred the Ethiopian, I tasted the lighter juicy flavors much more and really enjoyed it.
Really good - I think I'm interested in seeing a darker roast!
Flat earthy flavor, drinkable but nothing special
Very tasty coffee. Love that it's organic.
Very nice balance between the fruit and the chocolate flavor. Excellent coffee!
I liked this one too, just not quite as much as the Ethiopian. It didn't seem as complex and flavorful. Still liked it though!
Really interesting coffee. I like it and has some of the most distinct chocolate notes I've ever had. That said, it's a little heavy on the chocolate for me. I prefer the fruity notes, and while good, the chocolate is a little overpowering for me.
Drinkable, slightly too dark for me.
This one is also good but I liked our first roast better.
I really liked this coffee. I prefer it over the last coffee you send. My next coffee can be along these lines, maybe a different flavor. Thank tou
I'd be interested in trying something a little bolder & richer for the next coffee.
Too much chocolate. I do not care for coffe that is mostly a chocolate flavor. I prefer clean, bright, fruity and floral. I don’t want to drink this coffee. Can I send it back and get something that matches my flavor profile?
