This was pretty good. I haven't been able to draw distinct flavors out but a very balanced, good tasting cup.
Very well balanced. Held it's body and flavor profile during cooling. Notes of toasted berries.
It came across a bit weak and I had to really increase grounds to get a decent cup. I did not enjoy the taste.. may be to acidic for me?
Definitely balanced as advertised. Pretty good, but it just didn't "wow" me.
The flavor notes are as stated; it seems a bit under developed for my preference.
Pretty solid in pour over, was a little better out of the v60 than the kalita wave.
We generally like a little bolder flavor. This is our first experience with a sophisticated,
personalized coffee service, so we are learning as we go. Thanks.
well balanced, and light. Can definitely get a hint of the lime but the red grape isn't there for me. Maybe the lime masks it. It's very good and brewed on a chemex

So light and fruity - love it!
Nice on Chemex--did not get a lot out of it on Kalita. Balanced and not overly bright. Good morning brew.
Close to 4.5
This coffee is fantastic when brewed with a chemex. Grape and chocolate notes are at a complete balance. When brewed with an aeropress, it is ok. The grape notes dominate with the aeropress. The aeropress is leaving me disappointed but is my only option at work.
