The Decaf Ethiopia Sidama was carefully roasted for you by Noble Coffee Roasting. This decaf coffee is unlike any you've ever had. It's a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region that was Water Process Decaffeinated, which uses no chemicals and keeps more of the coffee flavor intact. The result is a dense, rich and creamy cup, loaded with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, nutmeg and dried cherry.
I've not had many decaf coffees, but this one seemed especially watery. I prepared it just like I do my other coffee, but there just wasn't a whole lot of heart with this one.
I really loved the mouth-feel and slight bitterness of the cherry.
Great coffee, two thumbs up!
I loved this. It seemed more acidic than what I am used to, but I found that I actually liked the acidity. I enjoyed this so much that I ended up brewing an extra cup in the afternoon everyday.
Mom and Dad
it's OK, but not fond of the chocolate flavors. Liked the first one better.
This isn't bad, but it's a little flat. Just not very interesting, and I like my coffee a little bit interesting. :)
Good decaf. Chocolate notes with a hint of dark cherry. Not much complexity.
This coffee is pretty good - I get a different flavor in every cup which I like. It's a little too light to earn 5 stars and for a morning coffee, it's super hard to stay awake with this low level of caffeine, but overall, it's a good afternoon/evening coffee that's fairly tasty.
It's so nice having a source of luxurious decaf options, and this has been the best one yet: mellow, balanced but interesting.
