Probably a lighter style than I might typically think to choose but I was drawn by the many reviews and it didn't disappoint. Lots of depth of flavor, kept every sip interesing.

I liked that the coffee was definitely sweet and fruity. I miss the nuttiness that I taste from other coffees, but I'm guessing that that is just the nature of Ethiopian single origin coffee.

Fruity and some acidity. A bit too light for my taste. Somehow blackberry flavor emerges and it becomes more balanced after being in the carafe for a while.

It's fine. Drinkable, but a bit boring. The fruit flavors are surprisingly muted for a natural processed Ethiopian. Very subtle.
More medium roast than medium light...has a slightly over-roasted taste when hot. As it cools, this fades a bit, and fruit notes become more apparent. I would remove "juicy" from the descriptor.
Reading reviews, I wonder if it's more suitable for an espresso than for drip brewing.

Berry, just as described. I enjoy the aroma a unique flavor. I would like to continue exploring more organically grown beans with light roasts and varieties including other flavor profiles. I think sole source is the trend to continue exploring.

I don’t usually prefer fruity characteristics, so I typically avoid single origins. However, I loved this one! It reminds me of those Brookside chocolate covered blueberries. Brewed with a v60 pour over using the 4:6 method. I usually put less emphasis on the first and more on the second pour to tone down bright coffees, but I enjoyed this one with all five pours being equal.

This is an astoundingly delicious, sweet, balanced espresso. Very berry forward, nice tang from the natural process, and a very dark chocolate finish that tickles the palate but doesn't linger.

I love that I could actually taste the blackberry notes. I'm new to coffee and have trouble with linking something like "toffee" to the actual taste of the coffee. This one was different. Either I'm getting better at tasting the subtle notes or this coffee is amazing. Or both.

I made in chemex and kalita wave. I didn’t get blueberry specifically, but it was a good juicy natural. Methodical has not disappointed yet. Note: Grind little bit coarser to get fruit notes.
