It’s just okay. Just not as flavorful and complex as I’d hope for in an Ethiopia.
I am brewing using a Melodrip and a Chemex with bleached filters. I'm grinding my coffee with a burr grinder.
Not a consistent brew but not bad. Had some luck at the finer grind spectrums with Hario V60's at 197 Degrees and one great cup with the Kalita 155 at 200 Degrees with a slightly coarser grind. No luck in Aeropress or with Chemex papers.
