Terrific natural coffee bursting with flavor! There is a dominant juicy fruit-forward white-wine like character to the cup, balanced by lemon acidity that lingers in the aftertaste. A complex, unique Ethiopian coffee--one of the best I've had from Mistobox!

Love this one! Augies' roast is always perfect, and that's super evident on this natural (all my favorite natural process coffees have been from Augies). Super super smooth in a chemex. The nose on this is great, from grind to cup.
