This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Noble Coffee Roasting will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
The Ethiopian Addisu Kidane was carefully roasted for you by Noble Coffee Roasting. Grown by the Addis Kidane, a single producer from the Worka Cooperative in the Yirgacheffe, Oromia region at 1,800 - 1,900 meters, this full natural coffee is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Ethiopia. We love this coffee for its nuanced notes of strawberry, peach, agave and silky, round body.
This was my favorite so far. Ethiopian coffees are definitely a fav
really enjoyed this, made me go get more from Noble!
Coffee is great!! I love the fruit notes in the coffee and sweet finish. I was able to dial in the dosage with my Espresso Machine and the shots taste amazing. The acidity nice, with tons of fruit notes and sweet finish. Pairs great with milk as well.
great acidity super fruit forward excellent
Classic Ethiopian profile. Closest thing to Fruity Pebbles in a cup that I've ever had.
Good, but not quite what I would expect from a Yirgacheffe. Lacks a little of the acidity I usually like, but that's just personal preference.
This is a good coffee. Not as fruit forward as I had hoped but still tasty!
Excellent and unique. Hints of sweetness and rich complexity. Love it!
I guess I like washed better than natural
The best coffee we've received from Mistobox. The natural taste and silky, round body is amazing. This coffee is a prime example of why I often request Ethiopian coffee. Awwwww, could it get any better?
Bold and balanced with interesting complexity.
This Is so far my favorite coffee I've received. Clear notes of strawberry jam, and subtle notes of berries. Super stoked On this one! I've never had anything from Noble, they did an excellent job
Super fruity and delicious.
I love Yirgs, so this one was an excellent choice. African coffees in general are my favorite, but nothing beats a fruity Yirgacheffe for me.
This is a great coffee with a lot of surprises. The taste description as peach was dead on in my immediate first cup. It even had hints of floral aroma as well. Although, after letting the coffee settle for about a week, my cups were producing vibrant blueberry and berry medley notes! This is a classic trait in Ethiopian coffees and Noble certainly did the region justice. I highly recommend this coffee if still and when (in future crops) available and will continue to buy Noble in the future.
Holy shit! This coffee is amazingly complex and delicious.
A little further off of my palate preference, leaves a reminiscent medicinal aftertaste, which isn't my favorite.
One of my favorite coffees I've had in the long time I've been subscribed to Mistobox. Delicious as a pour-over.
Would love some more fully natural processed coffee!
Wow... is what i say after every sip of espresso i take. this is so fantastic! and I get so excited that I'm making it in my home! This could literally be my favorite cup of espresso I've ever had!
Incredible. Perhaps the best coffee I've ever had. Tastes almost exactly like strawberries and cream. No roasty flavor, just bright and fruity and delicious.
This was one of the best coffees we've had in a while. Very well balanced, fruity without being acidic, and very smooth. Loved these beans!
This was an amazing balance of strawberry on top of a chocolaty backbone. I could have this everyday.
Just finished, definitely fruity notes. Very much enjoyed.
killer notes in this coffee, well rounded and brews great in every brew method thus far!
This coffee had a decent flavor but lacked anything "special" about it. The more I drank it the more meh I felt. Light notes of fruit faded quickly to just a standard (albeit good) cup.
Really enjoyed this coffee. Loved trying out a natural. The cup was very complex, the dry aroma was awesome, and I found myself really wanting to savor each brew of this coffee.
Very sweet and pie like overall a good cup of coffee.
This one was great. More like this please!
This coffee is excellent, and its so nice to learn about a small roaster in Oregon I would have never heard of...
really liked this cup actually. really tasty strawberry notes and i definitely picked up on that silky body.
My favorite of the Ethiopians, which are generally my favorites
I love everything about this coffee!
Nice fruity cup. Just as I expected
Excellent light roast.
I really enjoyed the berry notes of this natural processed coffee. The roast level was perfect and even.
This was probably my favorite coffee out of all the 6 I received from Mistobox. This one was super sweet, smelled and tasted like strawberries. Very pleasant as a V60. I even wooed some non-coffee drinkers with this one.
This coffee is really good. It has lots of flavor and perfect acidity. You can definitely taste the fruit notes. Big fan!
Exactly what we are looking for, has great refreshing smell, very sweet, and mild. Worth the price and wait.
This may have been the best coffee I have had to date
Very good; loved this coffee
something seems like it's not right with the roast on this one. It has a strange flavor I can can't really describe. It has a kind of pungent aroma, but a kind of stale or paper like taste that's also a little sour. Not really a fan of this one.
Dull, unpleasant mouthfeel
Good strawberry notes, nice coffee. Didn't stand out to me.
Awesome coffee! Solid natural with Strawberry and Blueberry flavors dominating
This is exactly the type of coffee I was hoping to have delivered! Fruit forward and complex!
Definitely love the coffees from Ethiopia. This one is delicious. Nice fruity taste notes. Very silky mouthfeel. Overall, this is a nice coffee but didn't standout very much to me.
As a lover of bright, natural processed coffees, this coffee really stood out.
