This French Roast was carefully roasted for you by Mela Coffee Roasting Company. The coffee was grown between 1,450 and 1,700 meters above sea level by the COCAFCAL Cooperative in the Copan region of Honduras. Rich, full-bodied, and roasty, this French Roast offering is perfect for the dark roast lover that enjoys a smooth yet bold and complex cup.
The coffee was really good! I almost took a star off tho because it came ripped with beans spilled all over.
it was okay. not as full bodied as the others.
It is a rich, full-bodied coffee. It is perfectly roasted. It is one of my favorite coffees of all time.
Coffee was a little bitter and not oily enough for me. Packaging came damaged twice and beans spilled everywhere. A little more acidic that I was expecting, felt more like a medium roast than a darker roast. Overall OK but not something I'd order again. More dark, rich, robust, and oily for me please.
It's a really great dark roast, with bold flavor without the bitterness that usually drives me to a more mid roast coffee.
Nothing really stood out to me
I can't tell the difference between this coffee and the Costco Columbian Supremo I usually drink. I like it, it is good just not better than Costco.
I’m not a French roast fan. Have tried several but can’t seem to find any I really like. Don’t send any more FR pls.
Dark, roasty, delicious. I would get this again.
Liked this one alot
This was almost too smooth tasting. I didn't have the sharpness of a real dark coffee.
This is amazing! I really taste the chocolate in this one. I also like the richness.
Amazing coffee, rich and full bodied. A little nutty, very balanced coffee that tastes like coffee in a french press
Nice round chocolate flavor
Loved this !! So rich but smooth
Not bad but really more of a medium roast with a medium body.
Love it! Just what I like in a morning coffee.
This coffee was too dark of a roast for my liking.I prefer a light roast
Very good and you can definitely taste the chocolate notes.
Did not taste like a dark roast to me.
Brew method: drip machine
Pros: chocolatey and dark, smooth mouthfeel, not bitter
Cons: none really, very solid french roast, one of the better I've had
