This Fully Washed micro-lot was sourced from the growing region of Santa Barbara in Honduras and was produced by Juan Contreras at 1,500 masl. Juan's farm is situated in the Los Flores municipality of the Santa Barbara department of Honduras. It is fermented in concrete fermentation tanks for 16-24 hours then dried on raised beds under shade. The coffee is then processed at Beneficio San Vicente.
