This is the Kenya Kiboi AB brought to you by Brandywine Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was grown in the Murunga region of Kenya. Cherries are bought from 410 small producers who live in the surrounding villages. Main harvest starts in October and usually lasts until January. The fly crop is from March until April. Coffee is processed traditionally, using disc pulpers and prolonged fermentation with post-soak in cold water. Drying takes place on African beds and usually lasts for approximately 7-15 days, depending on weather conditions.
