Description
This is the Natural Rwanda Winter Seasonal brought to you by Thou Mayest Coffee Roasters. Producers from twelve main coffee village farms bring their coffee cherries to the Gasharu Washing Station, located on the Rwanda Congo Nile Mountain Chain. Women make up 70% of the company's workforce which includes 6 full time locals and upwards of 150 part-time workers during peak season.

This coffee tastes like burnt tires. All the coffees we’ve had fmmistobox have been excellent until this one. We tried diff grinds and brew temps and all produced a terrible tasting cup

Everything about the strawberry with a bit of the sweet balsamic.

Most of the fruit notes are in the nose; the palate is less bright but still excellent. My biggest critique is that their bags are floppy, making it difficult to pour out a daily dose.

WOW do we love this one! It's so light and fruity, easy to drink. Not a heavy mouth feel. Does well with Aeropress and Chemex. Highly recommend and will go into our normal rotation

Not bad, but I never really had a great cup.

Bright yet deep. Light green flavors like underripe strawberry, round acidity like balsamic. Has the great light roast flavors but with a backbone and body. One of the best.

Thou Mayer’s never disappoints. I can taste the strawberry a tad. Didn’t get any hints of balsamic.

This is an incredible coffee. Unique flavors, very smooth and drinkable, but still complex. I loved it.

complex flavor, the washing process introduces a whole new dimension which makes this coffee even more incredible
