This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Kickapoo Coffee Roasters will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
This is the Organic Colombia Fondo Paez brought to you by Kickapoo Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Popayan, Cauca in Colombia at 1500-2200 meters above sea level and was produced by the Fondo Paez Cooperative.
It was really good, but I think the floral flavors mellowed it out for me a little much.
Roast was nice but the flavor profile on this coffee is not good nor is the smell. I've brewed it several different ways none of which came out superior. The issue is the after taste. It starts like a nice mellow light roast but then turns to a tangy and unpleasant on the mid/back of the tongue. Gives you that ick face.
Another excellent coffee from Kickapoo. Sweet and balanced. Cacao forward with floral notes and a clean finish.
Very solid, balanced coffee, and it's from Wisconsin! Can't get much better than that
Very nice and balanced, maybe a little light tasting
This coffee was incredible.
Love this one
Such a cut above other coffee I got recently. Pleasant aroma and taste, none of that chemical-y acidic aroma that you get with some poor quality coffee.
Too acidic/fruity based on my coffee preferences.
Decent cup, light body, very cacao forward with a good floral aroma and a touch of herbaciousness. Really nice in the evening, but got a bit lost in the morning.
Really liked this coffee! It was smooth with no bitterness.

Produced a nice, flavorful cup of Colombian coffee.
I liked the complexity and subtle sweetness of this roast, but it was just a hair too acidic for my taste. I tried it as a cold brew to try to limit some of the acidity, and it was wonderful!
Light body with somewhat thin mouth feel. Smooth and enjoyable without being particularly distinctive. Less depth than expected although complexity enhanced with Aeropress brewing.
I was disappointed to receive an identical coffee that I had received before which I had not expressed particular enthusiasm for nor specifically requested. Part of what is so appealing about MistoBox is the idea of receiving unique and unexplored beans each shipment.
Pretty good but not our favorite. For a light roast, it's got too much bitterness for our taste.
Very good - smooth and tasty,
It was nice, but not quite complex enough.
This selection of coffee is really good! Thank you for hitting the nail on the head :-)
Loved it. Thank you.
Balanced and smooth. Very nice roast and a well balanced notes.
Brewed couple of batches on a v60.
That was a delicious coffee!
A very well balanced coffee. As expected with Colombian coffees, the flavor profile was mild and the tasting notes weren't heavily pronounced. Brewed as a pour over through a stainless cone @ 200F.
