Delicious coffee, one of the best in a while. I've been using an Aeropress lately as I don't have my V60, and this was perfect for it. I'd be interested in trying more coffee with similar flavor profiles.
I primarily use a V60, although I'm still getting the hang of the art of brewing .. there was one day where it was just amazing, but otherwise most of the other days were just pretty good, but lacked the sort of complexity and balance that I seemed to get on that one amazing day. So I blame my skill of brewing a bit more on that end, but it was still quite enjoyable even with my subpar brews.
Not much to say. Nothing mind blowing about it, but I looked forward to drinking it!
Weak/mild flavor in Chemex and french press.
Good coffee with chocolate and caramel notes. Slightly acidic at the end.
One of the best coffees I've ever received from Mistobox.
