Description
The Brazil Pedra Branca was carefully roasted for you by Panther Coffee Roasters. This coffee is a pulped natural yellow Bourbon selection composed of microlots from three farms in Pedralva, Brazil. It is very sweet and balanced with mild but distinct acidity and a soft and sugary finish. We're tasting chocolate, caramel, rainier cherry, and lychee flavors in the cup.

Too dark I think tasted kinda burny.

Not bad at all, but it sat somewhere in the middle of my usual preferences. Not quite fruity, not quite deep.

Very balanced, more on the chocolate side. I am not getting the heavy sweet notes called out, but does have a slight caramel finish

Did not get chocolate or cherry. I thought more nutty and citrus. I liked it though. I typically drink dark roast and typically dislike lighter roasts

I would describe this coffee as having a "bright" aftertaste and less of a smooth aftertaste. Not very rich and rather thin. I prefer a rich and smooth coffee. Flavor profile I prefer more "nutty" and less "fruity" which I picked up on this coffee. So far, I liked the first coffee (Ethiopia) the best.

Great medium roast with a nice but subtle fruity note that is balanced with rich earthy finish.
