Undistinguished, but decent. Don't taste the dark chocolate. sually like Peruvian coffee, bit perhaps getting used to it.
This was a very smooth coffee.Very clear chocolate notes with more subtle nutty flavors. It was well balanced and a perfect roast for the coffee.
It was a good roast but not great. I could taste the chocolate hints but not really complex
Average cup, no outstanding notes, a bit lighter than I had hoped.
This is an exceptional coffee. Very well balanced to give the right amount of acidity without being overbearing. Rich ribbons of caramel flow throughout, but ending in a smooth finish.
Good coffee - just was not super rememberable
So so so so so bomb. Probably the best coffee I've ever had. Shoutouts to the grower, roaster, and the brewer (aka me)!
If there is an option other than Caffe Vita to send, I would like the alternative. I love that they are organic, but don’t like the flavor of most any of the selections.
This is the fourth bag of coffee I have ordered from Caffe Vita roasters. They, without fail roast incredible coffee. I brewed this particular blend in a Bon Mac on medium grind setting. The result was a smooth, smokey cup that coats the tongue and finishes with some nice earthy notes. Superb coffee
