The Rwanda Kabirizi was carefully roasted for you by Parisi Artisan Coffee. This fully washed coffee was grown in the Kabirizi region of Rwanda. We love this coffee for its nuanced notes of sugar cane sweetness, black tea, and a citrusy acidity.
I like the roast level - it could be a touch lighter and I think it would be perfect. It initially seems to have a good tongue feel but towards the end of a drink I get an acidic, sour taste that I didn't care for. Overall a very good coffee.
We liked this a little less than the first 2 selections, the initial sip is great and the taste of the coffee is wonderful but leaves an aftertaste we are not fond off.

I could not dial this coffee in in a way that would keep it from tasting burnt and unbalanced. Even with a perfect extraction 37grams in 30-40 seconds this coffee bordered on Undrinkable over and over.
Too light, bright, and sweet for my preferences
Great cuppa, made it exclusively on the Hario V60. The dry grounds smelled like freshly baked strawberry cream cheese danishes, but the bloom took a left turn into black tea with lemon. As for the actual drink itself, it starts with the aforementioned lemon tea, before transitioning to cane sugar and eventually the strawberry danish as it cools. The whole cup has a nice earthy undertone, possibly from the initial tea notes. All in all a beautiful complex cup that shows why Rwandan coffees are usually our favorites.
Amazing coffee. Awesome pick from my coffee curator. Amazingly prominent notes of citrus, and an amazing sugary finish. Light body through an aeropress but nothing to complain about.
Full immersion brews seem to suit this coffee much better (clever, aeropress (inverted)) and stands to highlights the rich acidity more clearly... in percolation style brews I found it to be almost too tea-like.
Really nice to drink. Very well balanced. However, no one characteristic stood out to me. 3.5

Coffee might of been just a little past med roast and had a very roasty flavor. No one liked it in the office.
