This one has decent earthy and nutty flavors, but it's pretty mild and not much acidity. I didn't detect much sweetness at all, as one of the other reviewers mentioned.
I had pretty good results using my v60 with ~202F water at a 15:1 ratio, with an extraction on the longer side: ~3:30 total

Pretty great! Good sweetness on the nose and in the cup. Very fruit forward.

Nice cup of coffee, but nothing exceptional. The fruity notes don't really taste like any kind of fruit in particular, and the darker, nuttier notes fall a little flat. Still a nice cup, just nothing exceptional.

This coffee is pretty good, but a bit too light for my taste, doesn't feel fully developed. Probably better as a pourover than espresso. EDIT: this is NOT a medium roast. definitely light or medium-light.
