This is the Women Producers Group brought to you by Spyhouse Coffee Roasters. This Semi-washed, Wet-hulled coffee was sourced from the Gayo Highlands in Sumatra and was produced by the GARMINDO cooperative at 1300 meters above sea level. This particular lot is a subgroup of the Garmindo coop highlighting the women producers. The women typically bring their harvest to a collection point where the coffee cherry is depulped, fermented, and dried before undergoing the wet hulling process.
this one had definite chocolate notes and was smoothe.
It was not my favorite.
Cocoa & (light) baking spices is accurate; good coffee, would get again
Good medium roast, but lacks character.
Disappointing. Could have been any hotel coffee.
Has chocolate flavor for sure, as well as an earthy flavor
Very smooth almost sweet. Doesn't need any sweetener
Loved the full body taste. The acidity gave it an a harsh after taste tho
pleasant taste, smooth
In love with this coffee. Definitely a repeat.
My ideal coffee
I wasn't very fond of the woodsy notes I found in the blend.
Not a big fan of this one unfortunately, really wanted to love it but it’s a bit week and flat
Very smooth and consistent - tastes the same whether i’m brewing one cup or eight!
this is a really bright roast, for those who are used to fully washed coffee this will probably be on the lighter side of what you are expecting with more acidity. I strongly prefer light to medium light roasts and didn't really get so much of the earthy notes, but found this coffee to be vibrant and forward.
Pretty good. Nice clean taste. Scratches your itch for bold coffee.
It has a bitter aftertaste. And is not as dark as I like.
Great flavor. Definitely get the cocoa flavor in the lingering aftertaste.
Really liked the balance of flavor
Smooth, earthy, and very fresh roast. I am especially happy with this roast as I do favor a light to medium roast. Delicious.
I really enjoyed the full flavor of this coffee! Great for french press, which is my main brew method
Meh. Something was missing in a big way.
Kind of plain compared to other coffees but not a bad taste
I found this coffee somewhat bland. The flavor is too subtle for my taste. The tasting notes were accurate but I prefer much stronger flavors.
This was a wonderful coffee. The best that I have had from MistoBox. The cocoa taste was pronounced but not overwhelming. This is a balanced earthy coffee with a robust mouth feel.
A little too dry and woody for me.
Better than last, tasting notes come through stronger for sure. Interested in fruity notes to see which I really prefer. Could be better than the rating giving just not sure what the top of the spectrum is yet.
