Description
The Colombia San Pascual Cold Ferment Natural was carefully roasted for you by Brandywine Coffee Roasters. This coffee was grown between 1400 and 2000 meters above sea level by the San Pascual farm in Redonia, Antioquia, Colombia. This “cold ferment natural” processing technique requires cooler temperatures to prolong fermentation which is thought to result in more complex flavors. Mixed berries, tropical fruits, citrus, and jammy goodness made this the most beloved Mistobox single-origin coffee of 2022.

Earthy, little bit of fruit. I don't know if I'd call this Vibrant, but possible I'm not getting a good cup. Brewed with a ~2:40 drawdown, so feels like I did a decent cup. Will continue to dial in.

This was my first shipment after joining, and I have to say that I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve heard a bunch about Brandywine, so it was nice to finally try some!

This is my first mistobox coffee and honestly I have no idea how this particular brew could ever be topped. You can really smell and taste the raspberries and molasses and they pair perfectly together.

Literally one of my favorite roasters. These guys have never let me down! Always light and fresh. This Colombia is nice on the nose. Acidity is in the forefront with syrupy notes like molasses and some fruity berries are in there as well. I used an aero press for this and it worked perfect. I’m not a coffee expert at all but I love light and fruity offerings and BrandyWine continually provides that.
